Applicaons (connued)
The Powertrax No-Slip Tracon System does not increase the load carrying capacity or
payload rang of a vehicle. Any increase in the vehicle’s engine, re size, weight, custom-
ized suspension or other modicaons may disallow use of a Powertrax No-Slip Tracon
System. Please read the Warranty secon. For quesons contact Powertrax for assis-
tance. Applicaons not specically listed in our published Applicaon Guide of unmodi-
ed vehicles requires Powertrax to conrm and approve the applicaon for installaon.
Properly installed in the correct applicaon, the Powertrax No-Slip Tracon System is de-
signed to provide superior tracon performance with excellent durability and reliability.
Consideraons
The Powertrax No-Slip Tracon System is an advanced, state-of-the-art mul-funcon
tracon system that provides connuous and automac uninterrupted torque output,
torque biasing and dierenaon. Its ability to automacally respond to variable driving
condions not only provides beer tracon, it also enhances the general performance
and safety of the vehicle. The Powertrax No-Slip Tracon System is designed to provide
excellent tracon output under all condions.
Tracon, the fricon between the driven res and the road or terrain surface, converts the
engine’s horsepower into forward moon. Ecient use of tracon is achieved when 100%
of the engine’s power is ulized to propel the vehicle. The Powertrax No-Slip Tracon
System eecvely manages the engine’s output, throughout the power curve, to connu-
ously deliver the most horsepower to the road, maintaining the ideal balance between
power and tracon. The system provides a marked improvement in total tracve eort as
compared to “open” or convenonal “limited-slip” dierenals.
